Professional Experience:
 Mitch Walters, CWO5, Retired, spent 30 years in the United States Army as a Senior Instructor Pilot. Mitch received his Master of Business Administration in Aviation. After retiring from the Army in 1996, Mitch spent several years as a residential contractor, Director of Finance for Tallapoosa County Schools, and manager of ERTH Products, LLC before being licensed in 2003. Mitch joined Century 21 Paramount Real Estate in 2004.
 Debby Thayer began a career in the real estate industry in 1988 as office manager in a large real estate company in Central Virginia. After being licensed in 1990 in Lynchburg, Virginia, Debby sold residential and new construction, and specialized in historical properties and farms. Debby also volunteered with Virginia Farm Bureau as Amherst County's President for 14 years. Licensed in Alabama since 2003, Debby joined Century 21 Paramount Real Estate in 2004.
Personal Information: Debby and Mitch reside in Tallassee, Alabama with 2 dogs, a cat, and 3 donkeys. They enjoy the outdoors, camping, travel, and entertaining.
